These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Easy Online PDF Converter (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our downloadable PDF Converter software for Windows (the “Software”) and any related services, resources, or materials we make available (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Software, and your only remedy is to discontinue use of the Services immediately.

This means that Easy Online PDF Converter does not access, store, or transmit the content of your documents at any stage of the conversion process. You retain full ownership and rights to all materials you process using the Software (“User Files”). We make no claim over these files. We may, however, collect certain technical and diagnostic data, such as crash reports or performance metrics, in order to maintain and improve the Software. None of this information contains the content of your User Files. 4. Accounts, Payments, and Trials

If certain features of the Software require you to create an account, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and ensuring that all activities conducted under your account are authorized. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Where the Software is offered for a fee, you agree to pay all applicable charges displayed at the time of purchase, including taxes or duties. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and Easy Online PDF Converter does not store your payment details. If we offer a free trial, it will be limited to the period stated on our website. After the trial expires, continued use may convert into a paid subscription, and fees will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the end of the trial. All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued if required by mandatory consumer law.

6. Indemnification

In no event shall Easy Online PDF Converter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from or related to your use of the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Software in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or the sum of $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these restrictions may not apply to you.

8. Termination of Services

You may stop using the Software at any time. If you have paid for a subscription, discontinuing use does not relieve you of your obligation to pay outstanding fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply with these Terms, if required by law, or if we elect to discontinue the Software. In the event of termination, your rights to use the Software will cease immediately, though provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnification, limitations of liability, and governing law will survive.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Online PDF Converter and replace any prior written or oral agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
